i'm still very shattered about last night - however if we make it to the Granny and WC make it purely b/c they were able to host their prelim; we would have infact set ourselves up for a flag... maybe this could be a favourable twist...

any team that faces WC in the GF would be licking their lips...

Keep the faith, I saw nothing last night that has me overly worried about playing WC again this year. We are 1-1 with them and will be playing them in Melbourne next, if it happens. In the end, we lost a close game against a side playing at their home ground where they happen to have an excellent record.

Would love to play WC in the Grand Final again, i think we'd roll them. But as it stands we face a daunting task of travelling to Melbourne to play St Kilda in the Prelim final if we get past Geelong. In a nutshell i think we're finished. We'll beat Geelong, but i really can't see us getting past St Kilda. I'm not usually pessimistic on our chances as i think we really are a genuine contender, but geez, St Kilda are the one team we don't play well or match up against. Was really hoping for an Adelaide win tonight.

adelaide and the saints are both intimidating teams it would be difficult to beat either... we're a very different side to the one the saints beat earlier in the year... but it's a tough road and i feel pretty flat about it!
