What has happened here with Armstrong? I guess he will be playing for us next year... ?? What a fizzer of a trade. We didn't get a forward like we needed, another angry small player who a year ago, I hoped would take a pounding from someone and very little else. We could have made more of an effort? I begining to wish we had have gotten Lance Whitnall.

he stated today in the sun that he wants to play at any club, he'll take any offers.

Because you lot have been paying for him to play with us! Now that is seriously sad on the tigers behalf.

We should try to keep Armstrong and perhaps play him regularly. Is highly skilled, just needs someone to motivate him and get the best out of him. Hope he decides to stay.

in 2002 he got a good go and played really well and now he is just played off the bench for 30 min each week.

guaranteed top 5 in the PSD i bet $1 mil he won't end up at port, and melbourne would have to keep one of him or heffernan, and i think i know who i'd keep

I would like to see him in Port top come round 1 next year. He has alot to offer if given a shot.

He's very good for Sandy...If that means anything, I'd delist other players before him though EG Hunter, Smith. I reckon as soon as Junior and Riggers bite the dust on their footy careers, Armstrong will step up, infact take one of thier places next year. Play him off the bench!
