How funny was last nights when George and Michael are in the toilets at the court house with Henry Winkler's character, then right at the end of the scene as the others are walking out, Henry Winkler goes to comb his hair and does the Fonz 'heeeey' look into the mirror?

That had me laughing for 20 minutes.

Barry "He's Very Good" Zuckerkorn is brilliant.

From last nights episode:

"You're not one of those silly men who dresses up as a woman?"
"No, baby, I'm the real th...."

I love it in one of the later episodes when he is complaining about where he got a rash from and the edit over to a Highway Rest Stop for a bout 2 seconds.

Subtle, and magnificent.

It's hilarious. Every character has something good about them
I was thinking the same thing recently. All the actors are really strong. In fact, probably the actor that does the least for me in the show is the one with the most experience : Henry Winkler.

Tobias : "I'm looking for something that says : Daddy likes leather"
Shop Assistant : "How about something that says : Leather Daddy" ?

Tobias to cab driver : "Take me to the Gothic Castle"
Cab driver : "Gothic Arse hole?"
Tobias : "That's what I said"
Tobias to bouncer at gay club : "I'm here for the magic"
:D

Best episode ever !

BTW, this discussion was thrashed out earlier this year :

IIRC, he mentioned that he caught poison ivy...

Who watched yesterday's episode? Tobias was just hilarious as per usual. And anyone know where I can get my hands on some of those "Low Self Esteem" videos?

How about George in last night's and his magic trick.., All the dancing he does like an Las Vegas toolbag.. Love the way he jumps across the stage flicking cards like he's doing a magic trick :D :D :D

I HAVE to find this on DVD.

Great episode again last night.

The magic act is bloody hilarious. The fact that he does it all to the sound of 'final countdown' just makes it all the better.

Also loved how the prisoners started calling themselves "friends of Dorothy" after Tobias killed White Power Bill.

Gotta get the DVD's.

Don't you worry. The Final Countdown will return in season 2! ;)

Did anyone catch the final episode of Arrested Development shown on ch7 on Tuesday night ?

Ch7 totally screwed it up.They chopped out 2 important minutes.

At one stage Michael is visiting his father in jail and talking about the houses built in Iraq. Then ch7 went to an ad.When they came back the family was in the waiting room at the hospital.

They chopped out the scenes where George Snr is in Barry's [Henry Winkler] office and he's taking his polygraph test.He then fakes a heart attack and get's taken to hospital.

Up to episode 4 in series 3, and just gets better and better. Charlize Theron has joined the cast as a love interest for Micheal and Scott Baio is in as lawyer Bob Loblaw (say it quickly). Pure comedy gold, and I'm not sure where they are up to on CC but series 2 has some crackers to come yet. Easily the best written and charcter driven comedy on tv today,As much as I'd like to blurt them out I wont give away any spoilers. Welll...

Minor non plot related spoilers ahead

**************mini spoilers not related to the plot*****************

Expect to see more of Steve Holt (arms raised)
Ben Stiller as a rival magician
Tobias as Mrs Featherbottom
Zach Braff (Scrubs) as a fellow never-nude
'Wee' Britain.

Was checking out the freeannyong site when I stumbled across an interesting fact about Will Arnett (Gob). He was the narrator for the film 'Series 7: The Contender'. If you've never seen this, worth checking out, a well done B Grader about a futuristic reality show.

Ah, I thought something was weird about the sequence. I watched the DVDs earlier in the year and I knew something was missing, just didn't know which part.

I thought the episode ch7 showed seem strange,so I went back and watched the final episode on DVD and noticed the chopped out bit.

It just didn't make sense on ch7.One minute he's in jail and the next he's in hospital, with no explanination given how he ended up there.

Here are some classic quotes:

[voice over]
Narrator: [Michael gave Gob a letter to mail] Gob did not mail the letter, but instead, in a dramatic act of defiance, hurled it into the ocean.
[Gob is attempting to throw the letter in the ocean but it keeps getting blown back because of heavy winds]
Narrator: Unfortunately, this proved to be a more difficult gesture than he had imagined.

[Tobias discovers that George Sr. has been living in the attic]
Tobias F**nke: What are you doing up here?
George Sr.: I'm having a ********ing tea party, what does it look like I'm doing?
[he shoves Tobias up against the wall with his hand against his mouth]
George Sr.: I'm living up here and if you tell anyone about this, I will ********ing kill you. Ah, stop licking my hand, you horse's ass!

Tobias F**nke: [as Mrs. Featherbottom] O-kay, who'd like a banger in the mouth?
[laughs]
Tobias F**nke: Right, I forgot, here in the States, you call it a *sausage* in the mouth.
Michael: We just call it a sausage.

Barry Zuckerkorn: So basically you're about 2,000 shares short of being the majority stock holders. Now unfortunately it's a private stock so you can not just buy up the shares unless someone is willing to sell
Michael: Are you sure?
Barry Zuckerkorn: That's what it said on 'Ask Jeeves'

Michael Bluth: [looking at a gift basket Michael received] Didn't you get one of those, too? You bought Lindsay at the same auction.
Tobias F**nke: Yes, but I'm afraid I prematurely shot my wad on what was supposed to be a dry run, and now I think I have something of a mess on my hands.
Michael Bluth: Wow, there's just so many poorly chosen words in that sentence.

"I can't do it, I've got Laker tickets."

Cut back to highway rest stop.

Narrator: He could have, and he didn't.
