will the team that make the most changes be the favourite next week? fresh legs will be so important I would think with such a taxing game the collingwood reserves and depth could see them few if some changes are made.

You might be right. Not only for the fresh legs, but for the 22 that came so close but just dropped short, to have to come back and do it all over again will take a huge mental toll on them. Getting a player in who missed the opportunity first up and is enthusiastic and ready to rumble might just rub off on the rest and get them up for Round 2.
