Hamil has done pretty well with the membrey types as a forwards coach id say… did well with Butler last year. Think it might be a reasonable pick up. Also every assistant doesn’t need to be a gun

He's been coaching defence.

Clearly our emphasis is on experience, leadership and driving high standards. Hamill has been around for ages, senior assistant role, coached his own team. More experience is always better.
