Probably the changes for the development/younger players is the most impactful in Lonergan & Power.

Both with other offers is a good reflection on their input.

Skipworth is one as well as being with Collingwood.
The others apart from Buckley are Brendan Lade, Stephen King, James Kelly.
There's one other not reported as they are down to six but only five named.
Potentially the other is Hickmott

Out of the 3 line coaches, Hamill was the one I thought would stay. I thought Power was easily one of our success stories, with the way he has the VFL team playing, despite the massive injury toll, and the progression of several youngsters.

Hamil was one I was convinced had to go.

All the crap about our our ‘defensive numbers’ - based on flooding numbers back - and we have arguably one of the worst zone systems in the comp. We looked so much better when they disregarded it and went man on man.

He’d had 3 years for no visible system improvement, or functional defensive handovers, or anything involving kick kins.

That being said, I’ve got pretty similar thoughts on Clarke, Hanson and Russell, although maybe Russell gets some grace for being new? And perhaps senior players not abiding by directions?…

CD joined with no issues..
It’s what GW is selling as the club and the future, planning for Vossy to be around but the show will go on without him if that’s what is chosen.

Whole of club direction for all to pull towards.
