i think thats what theyre called anyway. so how do u make your own one? is it really difficult? anyway thanks 2 anyone who can help me.

It's not difficult at all mate. All you have to do is click on "user cp" (first grey button on the left, above), click on "Edit Options", scroll all the way to the bottom, then click "Change Avatar". (Oh, I forgot, you'll need to have your planned avatar on your computer somewhere). There you go, no worries mate, Robert's your male relative.

ok thanks, i now get that bit, but how do u actually 'plan' an avatar. which program do u use to make one?

Just pick any picture, minimize it so its smaller than 50x50 pixels, turn it into jpeg form(if memory serves me right) and there you go, you very own avatar!

Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Photoshop, MS Paint maybe even...

yeah how do you change it to JPEG? i think its a bitmap at the mo...

From memory its a .GIF file you need to change it to, not .JPEG.

The way you do this is to go to File, select "Save As", and from there, select the .GIF format.

Has to be 50x50 pixels or less, and under I think 20KB. Any problems, feel free to PM me and I can try to help.

If you have an already animated picture you want to use, it's the same procedure. If you want to create your own aniimation sequence. I recommend you...er.... ask someone else for help.

BTW, your avatar looks like a woman taking her dress off. We need more of that sort of thing at BigFooty!
