Who's looking forward to going back to school on Tuesday? :o

I'm not simply because:

~ Waking up at 6:30am to get ready then leave for the bus stop. :o

~ Putting up with jerks at school.

~ Doing alot of work (especially in the summer in 40 degree heat).

~ Carrying a schoolbag the weight of an elephant

~ Lunch breaks that go for only 15 mins :o

~ Teachers. :o (most of the time can be a pain in the bottom).

Alright i'm done. :p

I'm not either because

~ I'm in year 12 this year and everyone keeps going on about how hard it's going to be.

~ I haven't done my holiday homework.

~ The principle is a pain in the arse.

~ The stupid school uniform.

~ The retreat they make us go on during the first week.

~ The lectures we're gonna get because we're in yr 12 and we have to set a good example etc etc etc.

~ Not being able to go to bed at 2 in the morning and getting up at noon or later the next day.

~ The homework

~ the little *****s in years 9, 10 & 11 (7 & 8's aren't at the same campus)

That's about it... plus everything LionsForever said.

Indeed. I did my Maths and IPM work early on in the holidays, but I've been away from home for a month so I'm just starting my HHD, PE and English the last couple of days. Not fun, but I am getting used to it again...

Aw man, you're so lucky.

School is bloody ****.. **** I tell you, ****.. should never have been created, because then nobody would have a brain and no body would ever make dumb mistakes like I do because everyone would make them so no1 would notice..

Did I mention the science teacher I have had the last 2 years reminds me of a gremlin?

And anyway, who needs to learn how big a bloody mountain is- I mean what is the point of geography, and who needs to learn about the middle ages, we arent going back there- and tell me again the reason of learning music?

All ****, **** I tell you!

And I still have 4 years to go *Groans* (including this year)

And its gonna be horried in 2 years Because I will be the only one in my family at school.. GRRR

I think 1 year is a very long time, a very long time indeed.. so 13 years is like a lifetime if you ask me.

Chocolate Crackles are EVIL.. they are Evil, evil I tell you.

It all becomes more interesting when you don't *have* to learn it.

Well I do have to learn it and its simply boring, so perhaps if people didnt have to learn it they may learn a whole lot more- because it might become interesting {though Geography could never be interesting}.

You're in Year 9 (ok, ok, Grade 10), how much work can it possibly be ;)

Think of it this way. 1 more year and then it's all over.
Well...for me anyway. :D

Exactly :D And counting!

Why does anyone else not have holiday homework, even in VCE/HSC/whatever you call it? Grr. I did my English and Biology in the first week or so, did Chemistry a few weeks ago, had none for Psych and I'm left with an 8 page Maths test

Tashibatts, you might be saying that now, but I think most people have that attitude when younger, you might see school differently once you get up where I am - top of the school :D But I'm not looking forward to going back on Wednesday, *shudders* I've heard too many horror stories about Year 12. I'm scared. :(

Well I'm in Queensland not Victoria darling :p and you wouldn't believe how much work I got when I was in grade.9 last year :o

The first break is 15 minutes and that certainly is not enough for me you need alot of energy to put your mind onto your next subjects, 30mins at least would be good. The second break goes for about 25mins.
