Well done Roos, you guys outplayed us. A good plan by Laidley to shut our running down by pressuring out midfielders worked to perfection.

I am glad he had a plan for Paul Williams- the amount of times he has cut us up over the past have been countless, I feared he would cut us up again today.

Roos certainly deserved to win. They came to play and coped with the conditions far better than the Swans.

Shame we'll have to wait til next year to extract some revenge!

Sydney is the only interstate team we do not play away, pity not all Melbourne clubs have to travel as much.

Anyway, good luck with the rest of the year. Swans have a good team, they are a little like us in that when the best team is on the field they can beat anyone, probably lack the depth, like us, to replace the missing stars when they are out injured.
