Yeah Blue.. It's the first non green one Ive seen and I'd presumed the negative ones would be red too.

The grey ones mean the person giving you rep points in the either a red card himself or a grey one, meaning that the rep points they give out are useless unless they are -ve.
So for short, you get nothin from them!

I reckon if you do a bloody gody post, you should be able to get good rep points. That way if your thingy turned red, you'd have to come up with something worthwhile to get it green again
