Am I alone in disliking our cricket team ? The only players I like are Bailey who probably is not good enough, Siddle even with that Tattoo and Harris.

The arrogance is sickening especially considering how poorly performed the vast majority of players were prior to this Ashes series.

I think they've not gone over the top at all. They're enjoying the moment after 3 series defeats on the trot.

They celebrated with the team, and even with the Poms in the dressing room after the game.

The pic of Warner in his bed with the urn etc is just a reflection of social media attitudes to life these days.

At least we didn't piss on the wicket!

Even if the Australian team did act like sore winners, realistically, how are you meant to act humble and gracious when you have completely destroyed another team in every conceivable way over a 5 test series?

When Australia starts having ticker-tape parades and handing out AM's or OAM's for winning a series then get back to me.

Supporters are irrelevant, I'm talking about the players and I figured many would disagree ( I must admit I thought a few would agree). We all have different opinions and thoughts on issues. I just think for the whole series the arrogance and talk has not been warranted from a team who up and until this series had been poor.
I could never personally go for a side no matter what country they were from containing Clarke, Watson, Warner and Johnson.

They won, they stuck it up a few arrogant tossers who had been prancing around for the opposition with soft underbellies, and they celebrated together out on the pitch. They shared celebrations with the fans who have adored the way the group has come together and played that aggressive, Australian brand of cricket again. Warner was photographed asleep with the urn nearby, which shows how much the win means to some of these guys.

Said it before and will say it again. I love watching contests against the South Africans, you respect the way their side goes about it regardless of the result. A quality unit all round. I think England are woeful in victory and India woeful in defeat. I wish there were more cricket teams like South Africa to compete against. I really do.

The fact we have started standing up for ourselves again this summer has been a highlight for me. Has exposed weak as piss players like Jimmy the mouth.

The team had not won in its previous 9 Test Matches and previous 3 Ashes Series.

Excitement and happiness is to be expected. But press conferences disrespecting the opposition, poor sledging thats easy for the public to pick up (The good sledgers do it in a way where the public wouldn't even know its happening).

Australia plays the premier side in world cricket next month and then India on home soil in 12 months. If they are good enough to win those 2 series they perhaps might start to have a right to be arrogant like the sides of the late 90's early 00's.

Their are 5 players (Clarke, Haddin, Johnson, Harris and Siddle) who can lay claim to being bonafied test cricketers so this side has a hell of a long way to go especially considering they could all be gone with in 2 or 3 years.

Shut up and play cricket.
