It seems like I'm in the minority here, I really don't like Job that much at all.

I mean I like him being in the show as his relationship and loyalty to Hood is a great part of the story, but as a person he just doesn't do it for me, that OTT bitchy persona grates on me a bit. That being said I do enjoy his scenes with Sugar as I think the contrast is great there.

I like him, I just don't love him. I appreciate the comedic value of his character but I just think they overplay the bitchy queen card sometimes which is why I find him a tad annoying.

He's Lafayette V 2.0 from True Blood, it's one of Alan Ball's signature characters in the recent TV series he's worked on. Job ain't that bad but I prefer Nelson Ellis' portrayal of a 'cool' gay guy being for the most part the funnier and wittier (that a word?) of the 2. Job is more 'badass' but that's on the writing and not the actor.

Finally caught up on this. Season 3 clearly the best one yet, everything came together so well. Was never bored. The fight in ep 3 and the heist ep were two of many highlights. Love this show!

Yep, same here, have just smashed out all 3 seasons over the last month and love it!

Job has never really had a story arc centered around just him, so will be very interested to see how this plays out! I thought that military computer guy wouldn't last beyond the robbery, I underestimated him...

More main characters get killed off in this than SoA! Where the **** was the bad arse Gordon for the first two seasons?
