Hard to say. Neeld doesn't seem like the sentimental type. Plus with FA we might see the death of the 'send off' as players just decide to walk out when it suits them.

So, your logic is let Beamer go, and pick up Boak.

This would make Jones the 2nd mid, Sylvia the third, Beamer or Trengove or Viney the 4th.
One gun mid makes a difference. I just wouldn't be writing beamer of yet.
