I have wondered if there are any blackmail type roles that might have induced such a post but that one was damn specific and reeks of how Chippy would go about the game so even without double checking the rolelist I think I’m pretty comfortable that that doesn’t explain it.

Yeah you’re right - the manipulator is hidden and there’s no intimidation /blackmailer. It’s why I’ve been even harder at the lurkers than normal as there’s no silencing reason to be quiet in this one.
