Beau Muston

Just wondering what is wrong with Beau and how far away he is from playing.Was this the reason he was delisted by the Hawthorn.

Had his ankle reconstructed during pre-season. Will probably be out of action until at least mid-season.

The ankle reconstruction is not related to the reasons why Hawthorn delisted Muston at the end of last season.

He told me a week back that he was 6 to 8 weeks away if that helps.....

Does anybody know how far away Beau is from pulling on the boots again.

Saw him walking around Box Hill City Oval a fortnight ago with no apparent injury. Beau would probably have to do a mini pre-season to build up fitness to even be considered for selection.

Fair to say that his chances of playing this season would be very low, IMO.
