Just a bit of a distraction from the events of this week.
They reported on SEN that Graham may be back with the Jets!
According to Hutchy on SEN ( Yes I know),
The Jets are playing in San Diego this weekend, and both their first and second Punters are unavailable. Graham, who was in San Diego at the time, seeking advice on his career from Darren Bennett, was approached by the Jets and has signed on again with the Jets to play in the upcoming game! This also means that Graham will bring up his 50th game in the NFL, which entitles him to all sort of benefits, such as a 5 year pension.

Not really important considering the week ahead, but thought it was an interesting series of events.

Good on Ben. Great to see him notch up his 50th game, and hopefully he can put in a decent performance.

Did a search on Graham and the NY press refer to him as a 'shankster'

I wrote on main board that when he played Full Back he was a beautiful kick. They moved him up forward where he continued to be a beautiful kick for about 3 games before he got the yips and was never the same. Anyone remember the 2004 Prelim where he missed some crucial shots from directly in front??

I can't believe his kicking has let him down again - especially now he is playing a role where that is pretty much all he has to do

Just depends on the experimental stuff the specialist coaches have been toying with. He's not just doing drop punts.

ch 10 said he is back punting with the jets.the young punters in the team are not ready for the big stage yet.

Good news.....although that would seem to ruin his chances of being a late inclusion for the cats this week.

Their signing to replace Ben actually injured himself. Had nothing to do with not being ready. The replacement had punted in the NFL a few seasons back.
