Inspired by the recent awesome PSY - Gangnam Style concert... post your epic concert clips... these 3 spring to mind for me:

PSY - Korea

Robbie Williams - Knebworth

LCD Soundsystem playing New York, I Love You But You're Bringing Me Down. This was at their last ever show, at a sold out Madison Square Garden.

The proshot stream of this show was taken down, and the film hasn't been released yet. But jesus. Such a good song, and such a way to end your genre-defining band. James Murphy's speech beforehand made me tear up the first time, the way he talks about his dads watch... I dunno, it's special.

My personal favourite. Pantera - Monsters of Rock in Moscow.

Such an iconic set. Something like 500k turned up to this gig. Massive riots, crazy Russians, legendary band.

Came in here to post this. Epic concert clip. Domination went orf!

this was the 3rd clip I was meaning to include:

ACDC - River Plate

I saw the film at MIFF - all the clips of the concert were absolutely incredible. The emotion on the band members' faces was so great to watch. There's this guy in the film who is standing on his own and crying every time it cuts to him (it does it a few times) - everyone in the theatre was laughing at him you kinda get how he was feeling. You definitely have to see the film, it's just so good. The cover of Jump Into The Fire was ace.

Aye. This and 1997 Glasto shows are surreally good.

Yeah, I've had about that... and every time I've heard that everyone laughed. I cannot wait to see it, the tones and cinematography look beautiful.

Robbie Williams - Knebworth

Came in here to post some Robbie Williams videos, good job. :thumbsu:

Have a look at this video to listen to a 150,000 strong crowd singing together in full voice for Live 8. The final chorus still gives me goose bumps occasionally.

And back to Knebworth, we have a We Will Rock You cover.

The greatest live band I have ever seen and I've seen a great number of bands. Fishbone were simply incredible live both musically and for the amount of energy they put into their show.

One of the purest voices in music singing a song written to use it to its fullest. The 1969 version just after it was released. Imagine hearing this song for the first time sung like this.

gotta love the Argies, such passionate people. No wonder ACDC and The Police picked their River Plate shows for the live DVDs. Best crowd in the world.

LCD Soundsystem are soooooo shit. A couple of good songs and then the rest are noise holocausts.
