Best personal budgeting software

Wondering what ppl recommend for decently priced software packages that allow me to

• track personal/family income/expenditure over the year
• track shares/investments/saving accounts as to best rates
• input transactions via ipod/iphone and upload them to main computer/spreadsheets.

If there isn't a product that allows for the last function, has anyone here had experience with detailed budgeting apps on the ipod/iphone, and would like to make recommendations?
