I thought Scotty Thompson was by far our best player followed closely by Bock. The rest were just clueless out there.

I refuse to put any best players forward today. We were outclassed by them and the only positives to come out of the game were the rucks, I didnt think they were too bad. Our disposal and decision making was the worst I have seen in a Crows side in a very very long time.

Ummmm Yeah, he wasthe only one to know the ball needs to go through the 2 big white posts not the outside, other than that he was our Only worthy mention as in best players, I wouldn't even put Bock in there because he WASTED everything, if he had kicked 2 of the out on the fulls and the other 2 or so EASY set shots, Essendon were kicking the ball stright thats why we were down at half time, we had our opportunities, after then just plain not good enough, long year ahead from what I saw.

Let's face it, our forward line was woeful. You shut down Burton and you beat the Crows forwards. Mind you, I did think Bock did some good things today. But too expect Bock to be your number one focal point is expecting alot of him. As much as I love big Pez's work rate, that's just not enough anymore. I hope both he and Welsh are on 1 year contracts.

Bock is a trier no doubt about it, Get Roo's bed out there, plant it in the 50 and he'll do a better job than the rest

Over 4 quarters Thompson was easily our best player!! I thought he tried all day, his disposal was good and his temper was well controlled

There werent too many you'd class as "best" players particularly for the whole game.

But here goes...
