Hey guys
Just wondering what you think are the best sites to play poker online - cash or free play.

Give us your best and reasons why

I have played at many sites, stopped at the moment because I was having a bad run, playing on tilt far too much.

If you are after bonuses, I suggest William Hill. Average site, but they give you 25 pounds a month if u play 5 hours (at a min limit of course)

My favourite has been Hollywood poker.

Pokerroom is very average.

PKR is rubbish. Got good graphics, but nothing else.

Played at quite a few more as well, just cant think of them.

Oh, and before you sign up to an account, read up about rakeback. you need this set up nefore you start at a site if you wanna use it.

A hint. If you are going to play for money, set up a Neteller account. From there you can withdraw cash from poker sites and deposit instantaneously. You only give out your credit card details to one site then.

Then, if you are playing for bonuses, you can easily change from site to site.

Hope you have better luck than me.

Cheers

Full tilt poker is the devil, it awards bad play over and over again and the amont of times my AA gets busted is unbelivable. I would say prob titan for realism but the graphics are crap.

Go to another iPoker site that allowes rakeback and has better bonus deals. Titan has one of the worst. CHeck out Carlospoker (They are on the same network so all the games are the same just skins are different.)

Hey I play a fair amount of online poker (not real money). Probably 7-10 tournies a day.

Party Poker (sit and go) is pretty good, lots and lots of games going.
Party Poker (tourny) is shite. Too many idiots that call every single hand and all in every single hand. This usually happens early in the tourny. If you can get through the first 20 minutes or so it is usually better.

Full Tilt (tourny) is my favourite. They have lots of different formats (HORSE, Omaha, RAZZ, etc.) You can bet/raise with some confidence that most will respect it and fold like in live games.

PokerStars are good too. My only problem with them is the tournies are very very long (freerolls). Usually 12000 ppl. So if you are to do well (i.e get in the money) several hours of your time will be needed.

Ultimate Bet. I don't play this too much. I just don't like the graphics. It is Phil Helmuth's site or atleast the one he promotes.

My two favourites would be Full Tilt as most of the players are pretty good, especially if you play some of the other formats (RAZZ, HORSE). I am not a great player (pretty tight) but I can usually make the final tables about 30% of the times I play.

The other one is PokerStars. They too have lots of different formats, but again the length of time to finish it is sometimes too much for me. If it was a live game that would be different, but online is a little different for me.

I have been playing on Pacific Poker for over a year now. It is run by '888' casino and a lot of players come from the online casino and try playing poker. Lots of fish if you play around mid morning Melbourne time.

I have also played on Full Tilt, Absolute, Party Poker, Titan Poker, Fat Cat and the very lame Facebook version. I think it is a matter of what you get used to. '888' has been very reliable for me.

Just in case any of you don't know, check out http://www.sharkscope.com

It allows 5 free searches per day and is really useful for checking up on your overall sit n go results.
