Best small forward

Matthew Stokes is a very good player but he isn't Geelong's best small forward, try Chapman or Steve Johnson. (yes I know Steve Johnson is 189cm but he plays like a small and O'Keefe and Murphy are both in there)

He's not in the poll but Brad Johnson surely deserves a mention. Has battled injury all year, and yet still has probably better stats than Medhurst

Fit and firing he wins hands down. Even this season he is right up there

you have to define "small forward"
because Stokes, Davis, Murphy, ROK and others i wouldn't consider a specialist small forward...
they'd be more like small forward/midfielder
on that list, Milne, Farmer, Thomas seem to be the only proper small forwards...

O'Keefe is the best player in that poll, but is not a small forward by any stretch of the imagination.

I'd say Rob Murphy is the second best, yet he plays as a marking forward so shouldn't be on the list either.

Really, no. Look, we're all excited for you, your fellow Hawthorn fans and the universe that Cyril has come along... but there's no way in hell he is, right now, the best small forward in the league. Paul Chapman would eat him for breakfast and use Mark Williams as a napkin.

And Williams isn't that small, more a marking target than a crumber, same with O'Keefe, Murphy and Motlop.

Williams is definitely a lead-up forward, not a crumber, and if we're talking mid-sized lead-up forwards, I don't see how anyone could go past Ryan O'Keefe. Clearly the best footballer listed in the poll, IMO.

With Bobby Murphy being our lead up centre half forward who is 5th in the league for marks...i'm not too sure what a small forward is anymore...
