I am just going to put this out there, cause I dont know if it works with other bookies, but I got promo banned with NEDS, so just out of interest I started putting the 3+ leg multi's on just to see what would happen, even though I get no promo banners or promos on the promo page, I still get the bonus points if my sgm fails

its a joke, they sent me the numbers. I had about 45% more in $ bet on non promo stuff. But the total amount of bets was 47% non promo and 53% promo.

Yes

Your address might be an issue with some bookies, others it could be the bank account you are using, every bookie might just have that particular security in place that is trippin you up. Just be aware of what you are doing ok, I can speak from experience of making up false accounts as to get the first depot each time. I have lost a chunk of change that I cant get back cause of that reason
