Damn 5 mins? I've seen my players lock a min before the game, not 5 mins though I can't say I've checked a lot. Unlucky.

With the old platform I'd count down seconds before a game to make a change sometimes, I remember a match where tenderwarrior and I were swapping emergencies in and out all the way up until the bounce to try to throw each other.

Lulz. Classic zim. Rip 5 touches and 3 tackles a game but man I've been drafting mostly defenders for 4 years and still only have 3 good ones so nice to be able to go back to targeting BPA at the draft now. Sry for making Rockford a bit better guys.

They are legitimate, and were aimed at a weaker side. As deeman said we don't want to make rocky stronger. The offer for Smith was specifically engineered for deeman.

Tbf I've been trying to trade for defenders for 2 years and gave this trade a solid 6 weeks of thought and posted about a mid for a defender trade quite a while ago. Only had one other manager make a good offer which was close but opted for clark for smith instead. I'd have sacrificed 5-7 touches a game with both trades.

End of the day I'm pretty happy to get an elite defender under 25, they dont come cheap. It does suck to make Rockford stronger but it's not like I send him 30 touches a game for picks here, I sacrificed 5 touches a game to fill a need. Welcome to the Wombats Jordan Clark you are sorely needed.

Tbh id much prefer Clark over Rivers (though add in Finn and its prob the better trade) as its pretty likely Rivers pulls a hayden young and is a mid in a yr if Oliver and Trac leave, could be wrong tho in which case hes obv a very good back.

and TDK & Briggs though I'm in absolutely no rush to trade any of these guys and it will take very good offers to pry them loose before the off season given they are all only 25. Kennedy though at 28 I'd like to trade before the deadline so a contender can make use of his great form this year.
