No we don’t need to take 2 picks. Ive argued this long and hard when tenderwarrior didn’t take any picks and everyone said the rule was changed just not updated. And I’ve done my trading based on that.

Having said that I will be making a delisting to activate 10. Unless someone wants to trade for a player for a future
