Welcome to your season 2026 BFDL season thread and 15th season of the league.

With the mighty addition of keeper there is significantly less work to be done before the draft starts. Draft date TBA but tentatively mid feb. Drafting is faster and it might be nice to see some pre season reports.

Key changes:

No need to submit lists manually in this thread. All lists are in keeper. All new positions can be viewed and you can set your lineups now.

No subs to deal with this season. We need to decide if we go to a best 23 or retain a best best 22. I’ll pop a poll up. Structurally keeper may change the default anyway but at present it’s best 22. But if default changes I we change automatically

Key non change:

Post all de-listings and trades in here and tag me for engagement.

Round zero scores to be used for early season byes. 10 teams playing rd zero this season.

Also there has been some talk in the PRC of list deadlines and maybe a draft date, what are our thoughts here?

Because there is no longer a manual component of getting lists ready, like we needed to do on UF, the list deadline will likely be the same time the draft starts or very close to.

For clarity let’s say lists need to be finalised 24 hours before the draft and then we can lock delisting (and manual adding of players in case flaps gets accidentally creative again while drafting in a way that almost negatively affected only himself)
