I have just heard that Sam Lees has just been given the bad news from the surgeon - he will need a knee reconstruction, thus missing the 08 footy season. Shocking news for the lad.

He joins a long list of injured aps stars, including furey, watts, cordy and lapin.

Looks like the aps' standard may have dropped this year due to the current injuries, with others certain to be struck down as well. Could be a year where the most fortunate team (with respect to injuries) wins the flag.

If that's Ayce Cordy - he played yesterday in a Falcon intra club - not aware of any injury to him.

yehh lees had the knee reconstruction, apparantly hes still playing this season tho. kid has guts..lots.
