BigFooty Divisons question

Apologise if this has been cleared up elsewhere, but how are the divisons working next year for Supercoach? Is it going to be much like the Dream Team divisons this year in that its just ba "qualification year?". Or is it going to be a promotion/relegation system right from the get go?

It hasn't been formally addressed yet. I think it would be good either way, as the leagues look strong atm anyway, Kildonan will clear it up sometime soon though
