I just hope they get a good crowd. Sepultura was full; if it wasn't sold out, would have been very close to. I'm glad for the venue change, as I could take the train in. Saved me a drive to Northcote in this economy.

Merch line was cooked though. When I got in, it was snaking down the stairs and back into the main theatre, running along the back wall. There always seem to be some clowns who get to the front and take 5+ minutes with their purchase. Pick the shirt you want, tell them your size, pay. Took me all of 30 seconds when it was my turn.

Regretting using Tixel. Looks like the seller is a fraud. Sent 'confirmation of transfer' to Ticketmaster account but nothing from Ticketmaster via email/sms and no ticket in app. Of course seller unresponsive.

****ing WOWHD left me down again. The new Heaven & Hell boxset is 'too heavy' to ship internationally. Did laugh at the reasoning. Think I'll just wait for the album to be repressed - not paying the additional $200 that Australian retailers are asking.

I got into Nile right before that album was released, and have still probably never been as hyped for an album as I was then. I'm a history buff (my first degree ended up being in History (Medieval/Renaissance Europe) and Ancient History (Rome & Egypt)), so finding a band with that theme was perfect for me.
