How do you guys want to go about doing the group stage? Would you prefer to knock them all out in the one night, play one opponent twice and get the two games out of the way or do a round or two per night?

Majority rules. Would be awesome to knock them all out in one night. :thumbsu:

If we do opt to do the games in the one day/night, I'll make sure that the guys with limited time online aren't put in the bigger group, resulting in less games, therefore less time.

Have put together the group stage fixture. The groups were selected at random but have come up pretty well in my opinion.

Shall release it when we get enough numbers. I think I'm going to go with the 'complete your games by ------ or forfeit' rule. :thumbsu:

For those interested, groups B, C and D will play through six rounds while group A will play in ten rounds, including two byes each (eight games effectively).

If anyone has any mates on here on Xbox that haven't signed up, get 'em on it! There was plenty of interest a couple of months ago for something similar.

If you guys want to get together and have some practice matches then go ahead. I'll get a fixture up and going BUT I will need confirmation of Baz_hawk's preferred team before I start.

So it will now be two groups of four, one group of five.

I'd like to get most of my matches out of the way this week as I return to tafe next week, and I'll probably struggle to find any spare time.

Probably won't be able to happen at this stage bro. But there will be a two day space in which games must be played so there can be some flexibility.
