Hey guys,

I am trying to set up a phpBB (no not to rival Big footy!) :P and I was wondering if anyone has tried doing this on a bigpond server before?

Do they have any of these SQL databases running?

MySQL (3.22 or higher)
PostgreSQL 7.0.3 or higher (preferably 7.1.x or 7.2.x)
MS SQL Server (7 or 2000) directly or via ODBC
MS Access (2000 or XP) via ODBC

I know they should but the install thing just isn't happening. *cries* One of those things I want to get done before i go to bed... lol

Thanks!!

Jen

I'm pretty certain no database connectivity is offered to personal websites. You'd have to take a web hosting package which has MS SQL connectivity.

I would suggest you shop around though, or go offshore as Telstra and Australia in general, isn't the cheapest place to host a website.
