We dont owe Checkers anything. Like he probably thinks he owes the pies nothing when he felt short changed with the contract

There's a really high probability it goes to the Tribunal.

A safer option by the MRO to allow the case to be prosecuted to determine what is deemed a duty of care, rather than the MRO make that decision by themselves.

The MRO can only make a decision to do nothing or send it to the tribunal. There is no scope for them to do anything else.

By doing nothing, the MRO are saying a lot about their interpretation of duty of care. That's why I'm almost 100% certain this goes to the Tribunal.

I don't think he will get suspended, but it'll go to the Tribunal, which isn't always a bad things. The law needs test cases.

That was the only outcome for a grading. It was either that or a referral to the tribunal.

Accidents in footy happen. Checkers slipped, nothing Billy could do about that. If Billy get three weeks for that I worry about the state of our game and the lack of commonsense by those who administer it.

Bunch of Crooks! Christian is ****ing clueless and this has the AFL hands all over it.
3 weeks and Brodie initiated the contact by ducking, If he is suspended because of the ta kle to the ground then Billy should get off.
It was a tackle that players can easily protect their fall.
However it appears he was out cold before the subsequent tackle and no means to protect himself, Billy would have no awareness of this at all!!!
I hope we challenge, what a crock of shit.
