Anyone else have grubs coming inside at this time of year?

For the past couple of years, as summer ends, small black grubs seem to be everywhere in the house. You get rid of them and they just keep appearing.

Any ideas on what they are and where they come from?

Rave party at your place!

We used to get them at our place in Launceston but thankfully they never came inside. I used to walk out at night and the shed wall, painted white, would be completely black with hundreds of those little bastards attached.

we have heaps of millipedes in or house in SA.

they p!ss me off because my GF calls them "little snakes" and goes feral bashing them to death and leaving the muck behind for me to clean up.

excellent! will give it a crack.

she is unbelievably fearful of such things.

You can get it at Bunnings or Mitre 10, only costs about $10, mix it up & spray in one of those pressurised garden sprayers.

Have used it for about 6 years, never get the little ****ers inside now!

Back when I was in year 11 (2003) our school (in south metropolitan Perth) had them for a month or so (was about May I think). **** they were annoying! Thankfully they mostly stayed outside though.

Worst past was all the ******* kids who, instead of lightly kicking them onto the grass and then stomping them, would stomp them on the footpath/concrete creating an oozy mess we'd have to walk on for days/weeks

They didn't come back in year 12 thank ****.
