Black. He took a while to settle in his first year at the Saints, but he has had a great pre season and will be looking to act on all that potential. He will be very important to us this year. Powell will be a handy pick up also, but Black just oozes class and should have a bigger impact.

I agree with you Vergs, Black oozes class. He adds a significant element to our midfield with his kicking. When his game is on, he hits targets by hand and foot, and he has an enormous kick.

Powell, though is not to be underestimated, he can turn a game and pick up possessions to the level of a Robert Harvey. On more than one occasion (when playing for Melbourne), I believe he was the match-winning difference. He seems to have started off slowly, but as long as there is even a gradual improvement, I think he will eventually regain his wonderful form from prior to the OP.

the 2 are great players but i believe Black will be a gun saint.. in saying that as above, powell can turn it on and if both fire.. look out..
