I know he had the broken leg from a school yard accident and it was quite a bad break. Other than I'm in the dark.

It's quite frustrating that our top 3 picks from the 2008 draft (Watts #1, Blease #17, Strauss #19) have played a total of 5 games between them, whilst our other 3 (Bennell, Jetta, Bail) have played 37.

We know what the deal is with Watts and obviously there was nothing we could do about Blease. I guess you could look at it as a good thing that we're showing good signs AND we still have all this talent that hasn't really had a good go yet!

Speed machine with a lethal boot is the description I've been given and apparently his speed hasn't been affected by the broken leg.

I sincerely hope you only refer to playing type or style and not ability when you rate a player who hasn't played an AFL game against a champion of the game.

Let's give him a chance to find his feet then we can praise him or rip him apart.

Blease has been very unlucky. As have a number of our recruits over the last couple of drafts. Tapscott (hip) watts (media) Strauss ( not impressing above poster). I hope their luck turns around and they can get on the park.

He runs a bit like Boomer Harvey & kicks beautifully. He's about 6 feet tall & a slight to medium build.
Has an great acceleration with a second gear.
