Surprised this didn't get a bump after Blicavs was named in Geelong's best in the win over Port... and the hits just keep on coming.

About a hundred supercoach points, great marks, got involved heavily. This thread has mega failed and probably should be shut to avoid further embarrassment to OP.

Bu bu bu all the experts said he would fail and be in the VFL by now? How is he still going?Hurro Makedfloggo. Checking in after another dominating performance.
I feel really sorry for the cats.
This is like 2012 all over.
They have a list of talented young rucks but unfortunately all very injury prone.
Last year in what was a move of utter desperation the cats brought in Oren Stephenson.
As comedy goes this was utter genius due to his inept displays. thanks for the LOLS big O.
Delisted after one season. Enough said.
Now in a move that is the single most hilarious gambit in recent history the cats are throwing up a child who has a name that sounds like a conversation with the porcelain after a big night on the scampy. BLiiiiiicllarrvvs.
The kid has a little bit of toe for a tall, ala' roughead and could develop into the role after 4-5 years in the system and a few more kegs on his spaghetti arms.
However I can tell you that by the end of quarter one round one. This kid will be mopping up his tears on his mummies skirt.
A few centre bounce clashes, roughead tackles and a bit of body work from Max Bailey and it will be curtains for girly arms Bliclavs.
Assuming he can walk still by the end of the game, due to the rigours of the ruck role, I am betting he makes his way straight to the exit sign.
No amount of pathetic press spin can hide this is little more than a desperate attempt to build the glass jaw ego of a 21 year old child, with the body of a young girl into somehow making a contest round one.

Bliclavs has played 6 games since he was an under 14, he is 198 cm and 96kegs.
Not bad you would say and he has a jump on him no doubt but what about centre bounces?
His girl body will not be seasoned to those rigours and he will slow down and lose his leap after a few knocks to the shins.
GeeLOL, Josh Walker and bliclavs.
AHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I look forward to Bliclavs best effort this season, which will no doubt come against the hawks in round 1, being alot less than required to be an AFL ruckman.
Actually he averages 9 disposals and he has just about the best DE% of any ruckman.
And most rookie ruckmen have been playing football for years and have gone through the TAC cup etc, plus they can't move half as well as Blicavs can.
I like Brad Hill a lot, but Blicavs would run rings around him he moves that well.
I'm sure the Hawks have some great young ruckmen coming through too
Oh i guess we cant include examples like his contested mark at CHB which lead to a quick turn and pinpoint kick to Duncan just near CHF. Whoops killed your argument. That's probably because he's limited enough to hand the ball off to a teammate instead of trying to do something with it. DE% isn't really anything to boast about.
Most rookie ruckman are significantly taller than Blicavs too.
LOL no, I saw Brad Hill side step Gary Ablett on the weekend, and with ease. He ran right through a Jaegar O'Meara tackle. He treated Bartel like a witches hat. You're simply confusing athleticism with agility here.
Too implies that Blicavs is a great young ruckman. He might get there at some stage, at this point he's just filling in.

Ruckman?
He will be a wingman.
He is playing in the ruck to be amongst the bustle of the contest to learn the contested game.
And hes versatile enough as a second or even a third ruck option.
He is developing. Fast.
Hawks are trembling. Who will stop him streaming down the flanks all day in September?
He's the same height as Trent West, he's not a GIANT but it's fair to say there's no one his size that can run as well as he can. Most rookie ruckman are significantly taller than Blicavs too.
I never mentioned agility, of course Hill would be more agile, he's 180cm, although Blicavs is good in that department for his size. Brad Hill was said to be a top runner and ran 9:52 for the 3km at the draft combine which was the record. Blitz did it in 8:18.LOL no, I saw Brad Hill side step Gary Ablett on the weekend, and with ease. He ran right through a Jaegar O'Meara tackle. He treated Bartel like a witches hat. So much fail. What were you thinking? He was either going to be shit and everyone would be like 'well who didn't see that coming?' or if he performed decently you were going to look like schmuck.I look forward to Bliclavs best effort this season, which will no doubt come against the hawks in round 1, being alot less than required to be an AFL ruckman.
That is staggering. He's gonna be this awesome ruckman that can piss bolt to any situation and then go and kick three goals.Blitz did it in 8:18.
That is amazingly fast! He's the same height as Trent West, he's not a GIANT but it's fair to say there's no one his size that can run as well as he can.

And doing a great job.
good to see at least one cat has the sense to agree with me.
I doubt he will ever have the physique to be a permanent ruck.
In fact geelong may ruin him with their desperate selection of playing the poor kid in the ruck.
He is a good prospect, a project player that is getting a game due to injuries. Nothing more.
Yes, he's an undersized ruckman. He's the same height as Trent West, he's not a GIANT but it's fair to say there's no one his size that can run as well as he can.

I dont recall anyone saying he is dominating but by all means quote their posts..
My dreamteam stats say he is the best rookie ruckman in the comp. Just saying.
Blitz is killing it.
Hawks are trembling. Who will stop him streaming down the flanks all day in September?
So one person says stats back up his claim he is the best rookie ruckman in the comp (i cant think of anyone better to be fair) and another person says Blitz is killing it, which im assuming you disagree with that and then also didnt see his last 2 weeks?Just from the last page.
maryjames also said that Blicavs was going to be a superstar, although I'm not sure if that counts.
So? Blicavs ran the 3km as a 21/22 year old which is close to the peak age for a middle distance runner.
Brad Hill was still in high school . . .
Yes, at filling in for injured ruckmen he's fitting the brief for Geelong. It's really the fans who says that he is dominating who I would disagree with.
