Good sign for the league if Puma is getting back into the game. All we need now is Nike or Adidas to swoop in and claim a BLK club (might be optimistic on my behalf, but if the Lions could pick up a bigger manufacturer it could only do good things, what with the coaching rejig and all).

What, is everything else just purgatory until the club signs with Puma?

There's a reason West Coast haven't strayed from Puma for 30 years... not a single better AFL manufacturer than Puma.

Also, I feel compelled to like your lot more now you're with Puma.

Wow so much love for the black. But it did remind me of an old shoe store ad on tv (that most of you are probably too young to remember) which has me thinking this may be how the whole saga has played out:

Richmond to BLK: "Got anything in black?"
Richmond receive guernseys
Richmond to BLK: "black?"
Richmond receive new guernseys
Richmond to BLK: "black?"
Richmond leave BLK and go to Puma
Richmond receive new guernseys

Richmond to Puma: "Got anything blacker?"

they are good (ignoring your ochre jumper)

A. Puma didn't design the Ochre, the club did.
B. Puma did a great job with the colours on the ochre.
C. THE OCHRE IS THE GREATEST GUERNSEY EVER CREATED.

How is pumas other merchandise? Training gear, polos ect

I have an old Puma crows training shirt that I train / run in and it is amazingly comfortable and the colour has held up very well considering the sun exposure. I also have a polo which is very light and comfortable but that has lost a little bit of colour.

I still wear my 2006 premiers polo occasionally 10 years on - the colour is faded a bit (as you would expect over that time), but other than that the polo is still in good condition. They last.

Puma gear is quality, although the designs/range are a bit dull for my liking.
the wce afl stuff is shit compared to the stuff they make for Sydney FC

afl puma clubs should get that range, which is closer to what Dortmund and Arsenal have
