dont think we will make the 8 next yr... but expect in the years to come carlton to be a rising force amongst the top rungs of the ladder

we came 10th in 2004!!!

i think you mean 2005 hopefully we will come 7-10th in that range ... and possibly sneak into the 8.

I think 11 wins for next year, that may be enough to scrape into the 8. I wouldn't take too much from Pagan saying not to get too excited, every coach with any sense at all would say the same thing.

We've definitely have more depth than in the previous few years. Whitnall and Waite should be nice and fit for the start of the year. SchLongmuir and Chambers will add a bit to the side.

To tell you the truth i think Teague and Lappin, who were fantastic in 2004, are the only two who you wouldn't hope for improvement from. With that in mind i think less than 10 wins would be very dissapointing.

Also note 4 tough interstate games (2 in the west and 2 in the south). The results there will be pretty important, if we can snag 2 wins there we'll be looking good.

we went from 4 wins on 03 to 10 in 04, i cant see any reason why we cant win atleats 2 more games next year to take it to 12.

on the ladder predictor i had us on 14 wins , but admit i was being a bit romantic. 12 wins is not out of the question if we can keep core players on the park

I think we will finish 10-12th next year, although we may be a chance to make the eight if we have a good run with injuries.

I noticed but since it had already been pointed out when I posted, I let it slide and looked at 2005 instead. Do you think the one capital, one small letter thing is designed to throw people off?

It's possibly one of those tricky brain experiements where we sub-consciencely manipulate what we see, so that it makes more sense. Took me ages to realise so..

Shouldn't you be able to change the heading, as a mod?

Now that you mention it ...... I changed it but I'm not happy. Sat there trying to figure out how to do a lower case 5. Just doesn't look right. I may need therapy to get past this.
