Had a good look at you guys training and I think this year you'll do a Hawks, only go one better and make the top 4.

Don't agree with your hypocritical President but that's another issue we can agree to disagree about.

Your mids will blitz and fev will kick a tonne. Expect huge improvement from Bower and Waite will go up another notch.

It's not as hard as you think to find a defender over the pre season and I think your mids will run back and help out just as ours did.

Congrats in advance. Bookmark this so you can thank me in September.

But....Go Hawks. It will be much tighter in round 20 between our teams than last season and it may just decide a crucial top 8 position. If we have Willo, Franklin and Roughy in the side we may just sneak over the top of you.;)

Blues will be the big bolter along with Brisbane. The Hawks will still fire as well, if we don't cop too many injuries to key players.

I'm impressed! A Hawthorn posting constructive things on this board!

Although I praise you for hyping us a bit a fair bit, i think that top 4 is a little bit out of our reach. I'd be more than happy with a top eight finish.

Good to see opp. supporters are actually taking in a Carlton session:thumbsu:.

When Burgatron placed us 5th at the beginning of last season many people laughed off his prediction.......

Carlton need their defence to hold up. If they manage to do this, they have enough weapons to hurt a side (unless injuries hit Judd/Fev/Murphy etc) But if they have a good run, watch out.

They could have won a few games under Ratten if you watch the games carefully. They had to tank. It would have been madness to miss out on pick 1 just to win an extra 3 or 4 games. It was not the Carlton we will see this year. Add Stevens and Judd. Kruezer will do some damage in a fwd pocket as well.

Wish it wasn't true, but that's how i see it.

While burgatron is a seasoned and professional/paid afl, your a fan who has probably seen what everyone has, a vast improvement from carlton, but failed to counter the improvement of teams like hawthorn/port/fremantle/kangaroos/st kilda/melbourne/bulldogs

We will thank Pratt,Ratts,Swann and all the players and ppl who have worked hard to make it happen.

Go take a valium and have a good sleep and hopefully you will feel normal again tomorrow.

A thread on the Carlton board that has nothing to do with Richmond, yet somehow someone managed to bring Richmond into the topic. I don't think Carlton has ever hated us so much and it is great.

I think Carlton hates Richmond as much as a child hates an ant he just squashed. Pesky, annoying ants.
