Could of started to look a little ugly if the Cats got that goal after the siren but luckily they didn't. Will be keen to keep it tight this quarter and for the lord's sake MAN UP through the centre.

Also, I can't believe Stevens is captain, eww. Great example he will set of going missing when it gets tough. Sorry to any Stevens fans out there if there are any.

Geelong with the shot at goal from 45, missed we could have been in a heap of trouble already.

Haha Ablett is a little sook. We need to stop turning it over and get past the halfway line.

I hope Dawkins doesn't score a goal.

Edit. What a fluke goal, I bet he can't swing it like that every time.

They are smashing us in the forward line. We are just lucky they aren't 10 goals up by now. It's going to get ugly after half time.

I agree Alpha. The are smashing us all over the ground really but due to them making a couple of little mistakes we haven't been blown out of the water.

One bad thing I have noticed is Bentley has passed to players under a heap of pressure and has also turned it over.

A couple of points here to the Blues, we really needed to goal one of them.

Bloody supergoal hurts, now down by 21 points. Once again a switch and the man was unmarked. Something we need to work on as teams like Geelong will exploit it.

Fisher has a shot and it is a terrible kick, now down by 20.

Edit. I didn't know Stokes was Matty Lloyd, that dive was better than the Italian soccer team. Luckily he missed.

Another miss for us, shocking stuff from Fisher took 2 steps and tried to kick it.

Wiggins with a terrible kick but atleast it went to the hotspot, Cloke marks and goals and we are down by 15 points. Pretty good result considering we are fielding a team of mainly youngsters.

I am pretty proud of our kids. They have hung in there, we just need to cut out the errors and when we get a chance at goal kick those goals. Joseph did well on Ablett, Hampson looks ok, Cloke should just stay in the goal square and we should have Kurz at CHF. We will probrably get beaten but these kids are having a dip which is all we want to see.

Our rookies are better than some of our senior players

Although Geelong are clearly dominating the game, the pressure from our kids is making them work hard to get shots on goal. Aaron Joseph is doing a good job on Ablett & Thornton is the general in defence.

Grigg has had plenty of the ball, but butchered it a little bit & some good signs from Yarran. If Bentley could improve his disposal he would be a handy player, unfortunately I have my doubts that his disposal will ever be good enough to force his way on to our senior list.

Russell has tried hard & so far only butchered the ball once & Garlett continues to impress. Nice to see ROK have a run & hasn't he got a handy left foot. Cloke has presented well & really seems to have 'sticky fingers'.

No doubt Geelong haven't really put the 'pedal to the metal', but regardless of that, the 'junior' Blues are certainly wearing the guernsey with distinction.

Nice shot of Juddy there giving Grigga a few bits of advice.

Looking good, the boys who are being rested, down in the rooms, just relaxing, chatting with the young kids playing.

Besides the first goal of the game, Ablett hasn't had a sniff around the goals, besides that 'free kick' that was awarded to him.

Joseph has been nothing short of sensational when Ablett has been in the forward line.

Can someone tell me the stats? From where I am at the ground the Cats look like they have had 300+ possessions.
