where is matty bode with his injury, i thought he would be well and truly back in contention for spot by now but haven't heard a peep....no SANFL, nothing...

just interested, even though he would be struggling to make the side as it sits...

which begs the question does he have a future at the A.F.C. beyond 2007...craigy has a despaerately tough decision to make in regards to bode and as much we all love him to pieces, its hard to see him on the list next year....

porps has made gigantic leaps in front of him, playing him next year would mean leaving out douglas, pfeiffers, campbells, young lads that can play similar positions to him....

having said that our forward line pressure has not been remotely the same without him this year...

he is one of my all time favourites but i believe he'll truly struggle to keep his spot next year, which is sad, but thats the reality...

The AFC site says 2 weeks, which is the lowest duration I have seen yet. So I guess his only chance would be if we made the finals.

Bode is a very important player to our forward line & has been missed this year ... but considering he has a very poor record of getting on the park, he would have to be in severe danger of being cut at season's end.
