I've liked Bowdens career as a whole, but sadly todays match confirmed in my mind that this year may be his last. I wish him the best and that he can regain some form but he just seems really slow out there.

I believe it's the adjustment that he had to go through when he was sent back to VFL. TW wanted him to play as a forward or something but I don't think that's his style.

See, there is two argument, either he can't adapt because he's close to dinosaur age or he prefer where he was last year, racking up possession from defence.

Either way, unless he really make an impact and steady the group and show some courage and leadership, it's time for him to move on to greener pastures.

Very disappointed in his game , I felt sorry for him I hope he can make it back but I'm sure every one on our entire list except Tivendale , Hyde and Petifer deserve his spot after that effort.

On the stats on fox sport he only 6 hand balls and all from hand ball recieves at 3 qtr time. He got his first kick 5 minutes into the 4th qtr and it didn't look like hitting a target. Gee it was shocking. Very sad to see.

Is Bowden the only AFL/ VFL player to have a short spell lack of form??????

Short Memories people, just look at Matty Lloyd, every one was bagging him - and he has 1 great game and he is the mesiah again..

Bowden has still a lot to offer in that backline with Newy and the gang.

It was a gutsy decision to play him yesterday, and it paid off.
