See that Brad Smith is retiring from Footy after this weekends Wafl Grand Final.

Shame to hear, I thought he was good for another few seasons.

Top footballer & Top bloke also, for anyone that knew Brad or met him would agree he is an outstanding individual

Always regret not getting the chance to see him perform at AFL level due to his knee problems while at West Coast, I think he would of been a Great FF at Afl level.

Best of luck this weekend & In the Future Brad. Been a Huge figure at Subiaco

Also honourable mention to Alistair Picket & David Mapleston. Another 2 quality players who are pulling the plug after this Weekend.
Subiaco have some pretty big shoes to fill with these 3 Retiring.

I've known Brad for a number of years, very good footballer and a quality person.

It was a shame that his AFL career never eventuated, but he should be very proud of his WAFL career. One of the straightest kicks for goal you will ever see, congrats and all the best for life after football.
