Anyone under 3 secs is generally lightening but helps to be able to be in the right position.

Saad and Taylor came equal first, Nelson and Dalgleish came equal third while Hill came fifth. Crozier, Woodward and Markworth came equal sixth. Though, there was only .03 between First and Sixth and they aren't superfast times but they aren't slow. If they were to be put against Stephen Hills time of 2.83, they would be 21cm behind him by the time Hill reached 20m.
