Why isn't nellie playing him? Thought he might have been a chance for ROY, he's an absolute star. Offensively he's a freak at times, not sure how good he is defensively, but in the Golden State system, who cares!

As good as Bellinelli is I wouldave thought Wright has alot more potential, and Bellinelli's played consistent minutes and im not sure if Wright's even got on the hardwood yet! He's not injured and I saw him sitting on the pine watching the GS game the other day, was really looking forward to watching this kid.

I'm not sure why he hasnt gotten minutes yet, any1 know? Is it maturity?

The rumour goes GS got him to on-trade for KG, but that obviously fell through.

I don't know that I'd call him a freak offensively...he has some nice athleticism though. He reminds me a bit of a Marvin Williams type, but not as good skill-wise and not a great shooter atm (no.1 requirement of Nelliball).

2 years minimum before he sees any real time I reckon.

Like he'd have to run an offence and he can't at GS cause of Davis.

Or if you meant he's not a guard? Yeah he's a SF/PF in College but he's about 6'9 so I think he might play the 2 at times in the NBA.

I am pretty sure he is a 6-10/6-11 with a handspan of 7-4!

He is many things, guard is simply not one of them. He is a PF who could play C IF he beefs up. He doesn't have the attributes to play SF in the NBA, let alone a guard!

He's a super skinny PF with long arms and a nice hook shot and very little else at this point.
