Fev averaged 49.47 SC points per game - from 17 games. The only players at Brisbane who averaged less were:
- Tom Collier (av 47.38 from 8 games)
- Jesse O'Brien (45.00 from 1)
- Sam Sheldon (42.00 from 5)
- Matt Austin (41.67 from 3)
- Xavier Clarke (9.00 from 1)
Now I'm not an expert on the Lions list, but it appears all five of those players have a legitimate excuse for their low average - such as injury or inexperience.
Fev is a seasoned campaigner now who the Lions gave up a promising young key position player in Lachie Henderson for, and I'm sure the Lions were expecting a lot more from him in 2010. Indeed, in the final 5 games of the season he averaged a pathetic 20.2 points per game.
