Great win tonight to the boys
And great praise should there be for Mr. Ratten
He's copped a bit on this board has Ratts, and no doubt he will in the future because we all get frustrated with the last 7 or 8 years.
But facts are facts:
One last word on Ratts, yes, it's been a long time since the Blues have enjoyed success and it does get frustrating, but IMHO he's coaching for the club and not for himself and he's willing to take time to build the club for long term success.
Great work Ratts, I salute you!

But facts are facts:
- since winning 8 games in 2006 & 2007 combined, we won 10 last year and have 11 this year with three rounds to go
- he's been coach for just over 2 years now and we should be playing finals for the first time in 8 years
- he's placed in a long term strategy and game plan, as we saw tonight it's a good game plan. Sure, there are times when it hasn't come off this year but he's sticking to a plan for the long term beneift. That's good coaching
- He's playing players that some of this board query, but these guys are coming good and are actually really talented players who just need time to develop
