Brian Royal

Just want to ask a few questions about Brian Royal..

Is he ready for a snr coaching job (Daniher seems to think so.. others seem to think so.. what do u think)
Is he comfortable with the media?
Umm.. thats about all I wanted to ask

From what I have seen, I have been impressed with him and he will be a bad loss for Melbourne. But he has had plenty of experience and deserves his chance.
As for the media, hardly noticed him in the media, but I guess he would be OK. Not that I think that really matters.

He is no certainty to go just yet, but he would be a big loss. He has been great, and I believe who would do well at senior level if given the chance.

If he does go, I would like to see Melbourne try everything in it's power to lure Garry Lyon into an asistant coach position, as he would be fantastic. But somehow I don't think he will!

i wouldnt know what hes like in the media... havent seen him yet.

but over all hes done really well with the club... hes been great for our midfield (what he works with) and atm we are very very strong there. i cant say i want to see him go...

I'm a huge Brian Royal fan. He's done wonders with our skills & our midfield in particular.

I think he is as much to thank as anyone, for lifting us from being stone motherless in 97 to a genuine contender.
