I was worried going into the game - I know if we play to potential we can push ANY side. But 3 good weeks in a row? If we can remain consistent it might not be such a bad year after all

Actually we probably did brissie a favour - I rate them VERY highly, I never felt comfortable until after we were 3 goals clear with 29 minutes gone - this will be the wake up call they need - they are still IMHO the classiest side in the comp.

As a lions supporter - i think you are right: we have not looked as good as 2001 & 2002

What I hope is that the swans keep up the momentum for the next few weeks, sneak into the top 4, and draw a huge crowd to the Essendon game at Stadium Australia.
