The Baghdad Bombers are seemingly in turmoil after several players were caught in a bitter brawl in a muslim bar last night. The brawl, believed to be the result of a pay dispute, lead to the Bombers main training session being cancelled today.

The Baghdad Bugle can confirm that captain Beez, new recruit Okeydoke7, along with well known players Shadow Man and Gee Dub, were caught in the bitter dispute, just after 1AM. Others involved could not be identified.

A Baghdad insider claims the fight broke out due to a disagreement at recovery. "We are in a unique situation in Baghdad. One player each week is rostered to guard the watch tower over our training facilities. This allows us to keep a watch out for Jihads, terrorists, or even crazed American soldiers on killing sprees. Basically, one player did not complete their duties on the watch tower, which forced another player to take action."

The Bugle can confirm that club captain Beez was scheduled to guard the watch tower, but opted against committing to his duties. It is understood that Beez was partaking in a "recovery session" of his own, flanked by underage prostitutes.

It is alleged that new recruit Okeydoke7 started a bitter war of words, claiming his captain was abusing his privileges, setting a bad example for the team, and getting ahead of himself due to his high status in the league. This war of words erupted into a massive booze fuelled brawl involving several teammates.

Okey, who has made a comeback after a severe drug, sex and gambling addiction, is understood to be dissatisfied with the lack of renumeration from the club. Although Okey was recruited under the premise of Mexican themes training sessions and attractive relatives, he has yet to receive a paycheck. He last week commented that "the club has been great, but negotiations on my pay have stalled. The club are offering just over $1 million. The ball is in my court as to whether or not I accept the offer, or push for something closer to my league worth."

This off season controversy raises fresh doubts about Beez's recruiting of the wayward forward. Okeydoke7 was caught in controversy recently when he was nearly taken captive by a local figure from a minority group. The fight caused concern around the city, and sparked a much wider brawl, resulting in 23 deaths to local citizens. The resulting investigation into the club has uncovered 900,878 hours worth of pornography in Beez's locker. CCTV footage reveals that the Bombers players had fled by the time the brawl escalated.
