Last time they met
For the First Preliminary Final of S36 on a Warm day at the House of Gumby, the Bombers were caught napping as the Gumbies kicked the first 7 goals of the match. The Bombers found another gear in the second quarter and managed 4 unanswered goals of their own to trim the margin back to 9 points, but it wasn't their day as they still faced a 28 point deficit at the main change and this extended to a 49 point one at the final change. With both teams looking ahead to the week after for GF and Mad Monday Celebrations respectively, the final margin was comfortable 49 point victory to the in-form Gumbies. The Gumbies played like a champion team with a spread of contributors but cats_09 (90 DT, 5 tackles) and nobbyiscool (89 DT, 2 goals, 7 tackles) both lead from the front.

Last Week
The Bombers narrowly lead for most of the first quarter and took a narrow 3 point lead before being ambushed in the second quarter. They trailed by as much as 16 points before fighting back to remain just 1 point behind at the main change. They found another gear thereafter and never looked in trouble en route to a memorable 30 point win. The controversial @saintseptember (103 DT, 29 disposals) was best on ground and combined well with the reliable Grav (102 DT, 2 goals). The Gumbies were in party mode as the reigning premiers started strongly and lead at every change before embarrassing the Demons later in the game en route to a 72 point smashing. Brick Loosener (114 DT, 31 disposals), beez (105 DT, 31 disposals) and GWS Goose ( 102 DT, 3 goals, 8 tackles) all dominated as Chat Pile (7 goals) capitalised.

Nice OP MWPP. 9.5/10.

Would have given you the full gammon if you had of omitted Brick Loosener.

Magnificent OP MWPP seriously lo… lo… lo… like you a hell of a lot with comments like this. 😍
I'm sorry Grav but that prediction relates to YouTube videos. You'll win Friday night Guerilla Radio by 12 and we'll win the match on Sunday.
